The equation of world politics is becoming very complex day by day with the Ukraine-Russia war. Ukraine has already sided with India to end the war. Yesterday PM Narendra Modi called Russian President Putin to control the situation. In the meantime, America also wanted India by its side.

Mr. Anthony Blinken called Foreign Minister of India Mr. S Jayashankar last night. US State Department spokesman Ned Price said the US secretary of state had spoken to the Indian foreign minister about the need to “protest” the way Russia had unjustly invaded Ukraine without provocation.

Anthony Blinken himself tweeted, “The way Russia has invaded Ukraine is a violation of international border rules. I have spoken to the Indian Foreign Minister about protesting this jointly. ” Foreign Minister S Jayashankar also tweeted that the US Secretary of State had agreed to the talks.

Ahead of Blinken’s phone call, US President Joe Biden himself hinted that he would like India to side with Russia. He told a news conference at the White House yesterday that the United States would hold talks with India on a united front against Russia.
