Old Bridge Capital Management, an investment management company founded by Mr. Kenneth Andrade, extended its “All cap strategy” into a category III Alternative Investment Funds(AIF) called Vantage Equity Fund
The fund is a 3 year close ended fund (which can be extended for two terms of 1 year each, with approval from unit-holders) targeted towards savvy investors with a minimum ticket size of INR 1 crore.
The fund is managed by an expert team led by Mr. Kenneth Andrade, Founder & Chief Investment Officer, Old Bridge Capital Management. It is a 20-25 stock, diversified portfolio, focusing primarily on a few themes like manufacturing/engineering and Agri.
The firm believes that these themes have the potential to generate disproportionate returns over the next 3-5 years and savvy investors could ideally use this opportunity to get superior risk-adjusted returns.
The fund has already raised money through ~700 investors in December 2017. The firm now proposes to raise incremental money through an additional 300 investors (maximum allowed as per the regulatory limit).
