The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi along with the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, graced the streets of Varanasi on Tuesday. Both of them paid a visit to the newly inaugurated Kashi Vishwanath Dham. The Prime Minister and Yogi Adityanath embarked on this Varanasi tour to inspect the key development works. Modi arrived in the temple town on Monday and is scheduled to stay for the next two days.
Since his arrival in Varanasi on Monday, Narendra Modi had a rather busy day. In the morning, the Prime Minister paid a visit to the Kal Bhairav Temple. He inaugurated the first phase of Kashi Vishwanath Dham. Modi wrapped up the evening with the ‘Ganga Aarti’ along with the light and sound show of the river cruise.
Surrounded by high-end securities, Narendra Modi made his way along the streets of Varanasi, past midnight. “Inspecting key development works in Kashi. We endeavor to create the best possible infrastructure for this sacred city” the Prime Minister tweeted later on. He also made his plans clear by twitting “Next stop…Banaras station. We are working to enhance rail connectivity as well as ensure clean, modern, and passenger-friendly railway stations.”
Narendra Modi made it quite clear that he is all set to work towards the infrastructural growth of the Country.
