After verification of the seized documents, they will decide if relatives of the former Bihar Chief Minister involve or not, whether they will be questioned or not. Lalu Prasad’s son-in-law Shailesh used a shell company named KHK Holdings to buy a 2.8-acre farmhouse in Sainik Farms. The company was originally owned by Vivek Nagpal but he transferred the shareholding rights to the couple in 2014 for 1 lakh for 10,000 shares.

The war of politics still continues in twitter, in fact after the tweet of Nitish kumer, Chief minister of Bihar stated that the benami deals of Lalu’s family were out of the state government’s purview, hinting that the center was free to act if it had enough evidence. The income tax department carried the raids after one day of the statement. Reacting on the raids, Lalu Prasad congrats the ruling party for acquiring new allies and he will not be cowed down. According to sources, the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar is worried about the fallout of the revelation on his reputation and credibility of his government. Soon after lalu clarified in another tweet that the alliance was intact and BJP should not feel good.
However, the BJP leaders in Bihar have heartily welcomed the move of income tax raids on at least 22 locations in Delhi and adjoining areas on charges of alleged binami deals worth 1,000 crores linked to the former Chief Minister of Bihar. But the RJD chief has planned to hold a rally against the ruling party in august. He also urged all non-NDA parties to form an alliance at the national level to stop BJP from coming again to the power in 2019. However, the Janata Dal(united) has trying to maintain a safe distance from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) also.
