The United States has said Russia could strike Ukraine at any time. The news came on Monday night that the United States had moved its embassy from the capital, Kiev, to the western city of Lviv. U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has said that Russia’s military buildup has been done because of this. The embassy has already ordered non-essential officials to leave Ukraine.
