Aam Aadmi Party’s rebel leader Kapil Mishra raised a new allegation that the party fudged the donation proof submitted to the Election Commission. He also Claims that the party converted its black money into white money through some shell companies and all of this money laundering is happen with Arvind Kejriwal’s consent. After the expose, he fainted and taken to the hospital.
Over the last few days, Mishra has said that his next set of allegations will rattle the state. After suspended from AAP, his first shocking allegation came about a week ago, when he claimed to have witnessed Mr. Kejriwal accepts Rs 2 crore from another party member. On the fifth day of his hunger strike, he claimed that the party lied to the Election Commission and laundered money using 16 shell companies and they were running these companies under fake names. He also accused another AAP MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) Shiv Charan Goyel with having a major role in managing these shell companies.
Revealing some documents and a few cheques, he said that Rs. 35 crore each from two different shell firms were used for converting black money during the time of monetization. After this, he added that now it is clear that the Delhi CM (Chief Minister) Arvind Kejriwal is corrupt and now if he will not resign from his place then Mr. Mishra will drag him by his collar and put him in Tihar jail. although the authenticity of the cheques could not be confirmed.
He alleged the registered addresses of the directors of four shell companies are the same, two have the same chartered accountants. He also added that most of the shell companies have accounts with east Delhi’s Krishna Nagar branch of Axis Bank, which was in the spotlight for Income Tax raid during demonetization and was found to holding Black money. According to him, this is the main reason why Mr. Kejriwal was so against the demonetization drive. On his fifth day of hunger, he had demanded the CM to give details of the foreign trips made by five of his close associates.
The former Water and Tourism minister ended his six-day hunger strike while presenting the documents proving his allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and demanding details of foreign trips and declared that he would approach CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and CBDT (Central Board of Direct Tax) with the complaint of money laundering against them, he fainted at the press conference and admitted to the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
Doctors said, Mr. Mishra was suffering from mild dehydration and weakness due to his blood sugar level and blood pressure dropped drastically. Maybe the news of his mental and physical condition is false but it is true that the condition and health of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are not so good in this situation and which has been proved the municipal election result of the capital city.
