A few days ago in October 2016 the former fisheries minister, Kiranmay Nanda, said no other party except Samajwadi Party has a “glorious face like Akhilesh Yadav”. Now the Samajwadi Party has chosen him to stand against Modi storm in Varanasi.  Although SP-Cong alliance is getting more support from peoples of Uttar Pradesh in every angle, but always there is a fear is playing in Akhilesh’  heart.  In this critical situation, Akhilesh Yadav is trying to get an obedient commander. Obviously, Rahul Gandhi is there, but Kiranmay Nanda has stood also for Akhilesh Yadav to face Narendra Modi.

Nanda served as a general secretary of the SP party between 1996 and 2000 which at that time it was known as the WBSP. At that time in Kerala RSS office, he threw serious allegation on the BJP party and RSS that they are jointly causing exploitation which has been a source of polarizations of votes.

On Friday, March 3rd, the Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Mr. Kiranmay Nanda and party officials reached Varanasi to address and participate in solving the issues of unemployment in the region. He accused the Prime Minster being desperate and mad, in the rally in Varanasi. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is frustrated sensing the socialist leader Kiranmay Nanda over his vague statement on the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He added that the prime minister became mad and the reason he gave is that the prime minister is frustrated by the fact that he was going to lose in the incoming elections. Mr. Nanda, while addressing the Varanasi rally said, “PM Modi has gone unreasonable. After polling in 5 chapters was done, the SP Alliance had already hit the magical number that is essential to form the popular government in the state.” The Prime Minister’s constituency has recently been waged as a battlefield poll. All party officials are urging the citizen to have high turnouts in voting.

The Kashi Andhara 35000 registered voters have been promised that all their worries and troubles will be dealt with efficiently if the controversial SP party takes over the government. Nanda personally addressed the area residences assuring them that the SP movement ideas determined to solve and resolve the issues of the citizen when they take office. The most political analyst believes that Mr. Nanda’s move to use extremely offensive words on the prime minister is a campaign strategy to scare his supporters. However, there have been a lot of negative responses towards Mr. Nanda, in particular by the prime minister’s supporters.

SP leader has been targeting the BJP party as a campaign strategy. He also accused the BJP leadership of not fulfilling their promises after being elected. He is reported to have said that the BJP has no CM face while his party has a famous CM face and favorite to most youth. He also added that the four poll issues of BJP including law and order, development, corruption, and farmers have not been performed. He finalizes that the BJP should go back to their track records and compare what they promised and their achievements to the people.
