Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’ residence was visited by policemen for reviewing the security footage related to the assault on Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash by AAP legislature. There was allegedly assault on The Delhi Chief Secretary, Anshu Prakash on Friday and the police reached on Friday. They were interrogating the staff and asking them questions and they took boxes full of CCTV footage and Hardware. Many Bureaucrats have reached out to the Central Government and Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal had addressed a press conference regarding this.
After the Search Party arrived at his home, he expressed his disapproval on social media site Twitter and said that a CM’s house has been searched for two slaps but no investigation regarding Judge Loya’s murder. His house was searched after the Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash was allegedly beaten by lawmakers in the presence of Arvind Kejriwal. The similar allegations of being attacked by the lawmakers had been posted by the Chief Secretary. Police have, however, arrested MLA’s, Amanullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal.
The entire resident of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was turned into a scene of the crime by the presence of large numbers of a policeman. They interrogated the staff and took the boxes full of CCTV camera and its hardware. The top bureaucrat of the city was allegedly assaulted by the lawmakers at the home of CM in his presence.
In a statement released by the Aam Aadmi party, the search operation by the police was only for humiliating and insulting the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Mr. Ashutosh of AAP was furious and he showed a clip of the search operation on which a policeman was asking as staff when was the last time the wall was painted. Why is wall painting so relevant to the interrogation, asked Ashutosh. He said that no one can expect justice from these types of cops.
The police on the other have been denying this allegation saying that they had requested the Residents for handling the CCTV footage. They said that their request was denied. The footage was demanded to find the clues about the incident that happened on a Monday night. There was a meeting organized that night where the Chief Secretary was assaulted by the two lawmakers in the presence of Arvind Kejriwal.
Arunodya Prakash, the spokesperson for the Delhi Government said that more than sixty police searched the house of Chief Minister. The reports gathered outside the residence when the CM came out to speak with them, he asked the policemen to show the same zeal that they had showed while searching his house to show in searching Amit Shah in Judge Loys’s case and the country will then admire them.
The recent development in the case came when the key aid of CM V K Jain said that he had seen AAP lawmakers assaulting Mr. Parakash in the present of Arvind Kejriwal. V K Jain said that when he was returning from the washroom in the mid-meeting, he saw two lawmakers hitting Mr. Prakash. This statement of his will be present before the court as an evidence.
