Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation of a Grand Temple in Abu Dhabi through video conferencing and interacted with the Indian community at an event at the Dubai Opera House. Prime Minister introduced his six R’s while speaking at the World Government Summit in Dubai. The six R included- reuse, recycle, redesign, reduce, re-manufacture and recover which he said will be possible with the correct use of technology. PM Modi pitched for the progressive view of country and technology for development for Indian nationals living in Dubai. He further explains that his vision is for a digital revolution. Mr. Modi is on a visit to Dubai for laying down the foundation stones of the first temple in the UAE.

He also said that technology should be utilized efficiently. By voicing his concerns over massive investment from countries in the bombs and missiles, PM Modi warned against the falling of technology in wrong hands. He said that even after we have developed our technology to new heights, basic problems like poverty and malnutrition are still the same. He was addressing at World Government Summit in Dubai in which he said that technology should be used a tool for development and not as the means of destruction. While referring to Jihadis and ISI recruiters, he said that some people are trying t I radicalize the cyberspace by spreading the poison. This should not be done and as he expressed his concerns. India is the Guest of honor at the World Government Summit in Dubai and Prime Minister Modi was the keynote speaker. He expressed his concerns saying the states should pledge to use technology as a stepping stone towards development and not as a tool for mass destruction.

After the historic visit to Palestine, Narendra Modi visited the Arab nations and he had a meeting with the Crown Prince Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and discussed various fields and signed five key agreements. Crown Prince welcomed Prime Minister Modi on the airport when he landed to Arab after a visit to Jordan. PM Modi thanking him for the gesture said that in the coming years the

Prime Minister also introduced his Aadhar drive saying that Aadhar has been successful in plugging leakages worth $8 billion. He said that he envisioned a digital revolution in Indian and through the Start-Up India programme, a new creative ecosystem which will lead to development. He said that technology is leading to the need for a ministry of future and ministry of happiness.

Adding to the speech, he said that more than 160 nations have improved their infrastructure with the help of technology. Giving an example of Africa, he said that it has improved its telemedicine facilities. Commenting on India’s success in the Mars Mission, he said that it was a greater success than what is shown in Hollywood movies.
