Allegations of drone surveillance in Jammu are again against Pakistan. This time a Pakistani drone was spotted at the Indo-Pak international border near the RS Pura sector of Jammu. The Border Security Force (BSF) fired as soon as it saw the drone on Saturday morning.
A suspicious drone was spotted near the Arnia international border, the military said. The drone landed within 150 meters of Indian territory. However, the BSF fired as soon as they saw it. Shortly afterward, the drone returned to Pakistan.
According to the BSF, the army was alerted when it heard the sound of a drone in the sky at around 4:10 am on Saturday morning. The BSF immediately fired at him. A total of 29 rounds were fired. The drone then returned to Pakistani territory. However, the BSF has already started a search operation.
Officials from the Jammu RS Pura sector said firearms were recovered in the area on February 24. Three detonators, three remote-controlled IEDs, three bottles of liquid explosives, cordex wire, a pistol, two magazines, six grenades, and 60 rounds of ammunition were found. The army also identified a Pakistani drone on February 24. The Border Security Force (BSF) has been monitoring the situation in the area.
