If Asaduddin Owaisi’s MIM divides the Muslim vote in the anti-BJP camp, the BJP will win in any election. This time, the top leadership of the ruling party at the Center thinks that Mayawati’s BSP can also give a similar advantage to the BJP by dividing the Muslim vote in the Uttar Pradesh polls.

In an interview before the fourth round of polls in Uttar Pradesh, Amit Shah himself said that Mayawati’s relevance was not over. Among the Dalits, the ‘Jat vote’ is still with the BSP. Muslims will also vote for BSP. Politicians think that Amit Shah’s numbers are clear. He thinks Mayawati, along with Owaisi, will share the Samajwadi Party’s Muslim vote. That is the benefit of BJP.

After Amit Shah’s remarks, SP and Congress leaders said it was now clear why Mayawati had fielded a large number of Muslims as well as Dalits this time. Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, once a BJP ally in Uttar Pradesh, has this time allied with the Samajwadi Party.

According to the party’s president and P Rajbhar, Amit Shah himself has chosen Mayawati’s party candidate. Mayawati just gave them the symbol of BSP. This strategy is to cut the votes of the Samajwadi Party-led alliance. Amit Shah himself, however, did not want to say anything clearly about the BJP’s benefits.
