The decision to build the Ayodhya station in the style of the Ram Mandir has been taken by the Yogi Government. The station will be rebuilt at a cost of Rs 128 crore. What will be the new station look like? According to the source, the new Ayodhya station will cover a total area of 1,400 square meters. There will be 14 retirement rooms and 6 dormitories. The dormitories can accommodate 44 males and 32 females. There will be a huge food plaza on the first and second floors of the station. There will also be at least seven shops. There will also be a huge space for car parking. A total of 134 vehicles, 6 autos, and 98 two-wheelers can be parked at the new station.
According to sources, the new station will be modeled on the structure of the Ram temple, which will be started by March 2022.
Hopefully, the construction work will be completed by 2024. There is a possibility of a huge gathering of devotees to see the temple at that time or even earlier. It is estimated that at least 4,000 people a day now visit the temple. Which is expected to be up to 75,000 per day. That is why the Ayodhya station will be renovated and two new footbridges will be built.
