Who isn’t familiar with Evan Blass? He is the famous person to leak all the tech-oriented news on Twitter. And apparently, he cracked the news that Nokia is all set to relaunch it’s 3310 back in the market. The source says that Nokia 3310 is going to be rebooted version and not only this, Nokia is also going to launch some really cool Android smartphones in the market. It is definitely a Nokia relaunch year!
But you never know that this just might be another joke or maybe Nokia is really trying to surprise us and the surprise is already leaked out. Whatever the case is, Nokia has made no confirmations regarding this news and it is hard to say that it is confirmed that Nokia 3310 is definitely coming back. BUT, half of the tech market is already crazy in love with this news.
The question here arises, that who will actually use 3310 in today’s technology oriented world? Does Nokia 3310 stand another chance? A majority of people use YouTube on their phones to watch videos and the stats tell us that more than half of the population of United States rely on smartphones for web search.
However, we cannot deny the fact that Nokia 3310 is one of the most reliable phones that we have come across. All of our parents owned it or maybe one of our parents did and let’s agree with the fact that nothing beats the battery timing of 3310. Moreover, you can drop it dozens of times and it won’t just spilt into pieces, costing you tons of money.
According to Evan, this rebooted version of Nokia 3310 will be relaunching at the MWC 2017 and will be a “homage” to the old 3310. We definitely don’t know yet that what did Evan mean by this but we obviously need to wait to find out. It is rumored that it will come with a better display, LTE service, and increased storage too. If that is what Evan means, then maybe Nokia 3310 stands a little chance in today’s competitive world.
